Julia Madras is a Global Mobility Specialist and a Co-Owner of Blackrock Consulting, LLC.

Julia graduated from Bradley University with a degree in International Business with a focus on cultural awareness and Spanish. After working abroad in Peru, she returned to St. Louis to get a Master’s degree in International Business from Saint Louis University.

Since then, she has deeply embedded herself in the St. Louis community. You can even catch her doing improv at The Improv Shop!

Coming from a corporate background and over 10 years of people management, Julia has extensive experience in project management, team development, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Julia isn’t just comfortable working in the grey, she thrives there. As a quick learner who enjoys a good challenge, she is a go-to for something new. She has helped develop two new departments for a large relocation company: Quality Management & Business Process Improvement. Julia is currently a Quality Manager where she has streamlined client processes and created a real-time dashboard.

Julia also has a passion for sustainability and helps companies achieve their goals by becoming B-Corp certified.
