Lacy Cagle is a sustainability educator and curriculum designer who specializes in adult learning, transformative learning, behavior change, and leadership for change. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy with a focus on Leadership in Sustainability Education from Portland State University and a Permaculture Design Certificate. Lacy provides services and training to faculty and staff in higher education throughout North America.
Lacy is Director of Learning at Ecochallenge.org. In addition to her work at Ecochallenge.org, Lacy teaches Foundations and Practice of Sustainability at Washington University in St. Louis. She has been the Director of the environmental sustainability-focused Zahniser Institute since 2010. Lacy is deeply involved in the OneSTL initiative (regional plan for sustainable development), and serves on the USGBC Missouri Gateway committee for Green Schools.
