Nolan Sharkey is a licensed Missouri attorney and lobbyist, senior manager for a Fortune 250 Procurement team, and co-founder of Blackrock Consulting, LLC.

Nolan graduated from Southern Illinois School of Law (December 2014) with a specialization in business transactional law and intellectual property rights. He also studied Business Economics and Finance at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and will graduate in Spring 2023 from University of Missouri with a Master’s degree in Economics.

Nolan’s experience ranges from local government to small non-profit boards to multinational private corporations. As Assistant City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, Nolan also served as Interim Legal Counsel to the Board of Aldermen, In-House Counsel to St. Louis Lambert International Airport and represented various city departments during administrative hearings.
